The practice provides services and facilities that comply with Class A Veterinary Hospital Standards, and has been described as "a benchmark for future Veterinary Hospitals".

Furthermore, in 1999 the Weston Creek veterinary Hospital was accredited as a  University of Sydney Faculty of Veterinary Science extramural teaching Hospital. 

In 2001 the hospital was awarded an A.V.A. Pfizer Excellence in Customer Service Award. We were one of only four small animal veterinary hospitals Australia-wide to receive this prestigious award.
